A mixed year for Dhanush as he turns 28
It's been a year of some worry and some joy for National Award winning actor and son-in-law of Kollywood's first family, Dhanush. The actor turns 28 today (July 28).
Dhanush won the prestigious Best Actor at the National Awards in May for his performance in Aadukalam, bringing much-needed joy to the family of Tamil superstar Rajinikanth.
Dhanush is married to the Thalaivar's eldest daughter, Aishwarya. Rajinikanth was hospitalised in recent months, first in Chennai and then in Singapore. His family has been battling his ill-health and the rumours over the fate of his new film, Rana.
